VGI Plus and VGI Technology collect account, billing, subscription, device activation, support, and service usage information needed to provide VGI Plus subscriptions, online viewing, licensing, advertising eligibility, support, and fraud prevention.

Payment information is processed by WooCommerce, Stripe, WooPayments, or other configured payment providers. VGI Technology does not store full card numbers on its servers.

VGI Plus may process streaming source configuration, provider account assignment, channel metadata, app diagnostic logs, ad playback/impression records, and device identifiers to deliver and support the service.

We may share necessary information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics/security vendors, email delivery providers, and upstream service providers as required to operate the service.

Customers may contact VGI Technology to request access, correction, deletion, or account support, subject to legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
